**Nightly rentals please add one time end of stay cleaning fee of $55 plus 11% lodging tax**
***a $150 refundable security/damage deposit that does not apply to rental amount IS DUE UPON LEASE SIGNING.***
Terms and Conditions:
Call or email to Secure desired dates.
Owner will verify availability and mail or email rental agreement. Your dates will be held for 7-10 days pending receipt of signed rental agreement and security deposit.
Security deposit:
A fully refundable security deposit of $150 ($200 for long term guests), WHICH IS NOT PART OF THE RENTAL PAYMENT, is due with rental agreement signing to secure dates.
sECURITY DEPOSIT may be in the form of personal check, certified funds, bank check, traveler's check or money order.
Security deposit converts to a damage deposit upon check-in.
Security/damage deposit will be refunded within 10 business days After departure pending inspection report from housekeeping that no damage has occurred.
Rental fee:
All fees must be paid 14 days prior to check-in.
Rental Fee may be in the form of certified funds, bank check, traveler's check, money order, or with credit/debit card through paypal.
In the case of last minute reservations where time constraints do not allow for the mailing of a payment, please pay through paypal ( 5% of your total is added as a handling fee if using this service)
no personal checks accepted for rental fee.
Once security deposit and all rental amounts have been paid, owner will mail or email check-in instructions.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival and will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Long Term/Winter Rentals: must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival and will result in a $50 cancellation fee. less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
No renters under 25 years of age.
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. all guests must be accompanied by a person 25+ years old and staying in the unit. no exceptions.
No Smoking or Pets
